My parents both came from different sides of the world, met in Seoul, South

Korea where I was born. When I was younger, my mother had me trying everything to

see what I was good at. She took me everywhere, from ballet to soccer to tap dancing,

I even joined a varsity swim team. Throughout all of that, only two things seemed to be

sticking, my piano lessons, and some recreational art classes I was taking. So in middle

school I enrolled in band, and when I reached high school I enrolled in the Academy of

Media Arts and Technology, where over the course of the next four years I would be trained in programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop,

and InDesign. I also continued in my music career, partaking in marching band and being in the higher level wind ensemble at my school.
